All redemptions of RCity Stars are final and irrevocable. If you cancel an RCity Stars redemption transaction, the redeemed RCity Stars will not be returned to your account. For example, suppose you want to return purchased goods and receive a refund from the redeeming business. In that case, the terms of the cancellation of the purchase and any refund are decided and agreed upon directly between you and the business.
The City of Rancho Cordova is not responsible for crediting or debiting your account or the business with RCity Stars or the business' accounts in connection with such a cancellation. The exception is if you need to cancel due to a technical error (for example, you paid the wrong amount) and you notified customer support at contact.RCity@colu.com about this error no later than two business days after the mistaken redemption transaction.
